I ordered the entire series of Mama's Family for christmas for my mom.
When they arrived, just before christmas, I didn't think to check them before wrapping them up. We tried to play them on Christmas and they wouldn't play. I emailed the company and what follows are the replies I received:

That's all I have heard. Sent an email last week and it just came back as undeliverable. Their website no longer loads on my computer either. Fortunately, I think they only charged me like 50 bucks for the whole series, but still, it's 50 bucks i'm out.
