I ordered the Smothers complete three seasons from DVD Tiger.com on Dec 13th I got a confirmation back saying that they had shipped and it would take 1-3 weeks. At that time they took my $99.00 from my Credit Card. On jan. 4th I requested a update on my order their customer service manager Gordon Kennedy e-mailed me saying it would take another 2-4 weeks because of the Christmas and New Years holidays. On January 29th I had requested they find out what had happened Gordon Kennedy e-mailed me that the post office and Gordon would find out what happened in 3-5 days. On March 3rd I requested that my order be cancelled my e-mail did not got through and I could not get back into there [email protected] dept.
