On Nov 22ed I called Direct Tv and asked them to take a charge off that they put on and was not authorized to. At that time they un bundled me from Verizon, which I was paying a monthly bill for phone, internet, and tv. Direct Tv started billing me seperately. For two mths I tried to get this resolved, to no advail. So I contacted Karen Crumsho at Consumer Affairs @856-384-6855, she took over the case, which now has been resolved March 1. I had a service man come in 2/17 was not aware that thaey have a 2 year contract in place whenever they make a change to your service. I know i am not the only one that doesn't know this and should be told up front. I feel Direct Tv is a rip off and like to know if I can persue this further. My number is (Personal Information Removed).in order to get rid of there terrible service I had to pay $202.18 to cancel contract. They are a greedy company.
