I've used this software for 3 years without many problems. There software was low priced and as a new preparer I only had a few tax clients. I purchased there 2012 tax software again only to find out after the purchase that they no longer included state software in the package. A fact that they failed to reveal at the time of purchase.in the purchase agreement they stated that there software included federal and all states. When I started to inquire about the Oklahoma state program files (Feb 1) I was told that they were in the testing process with Oklahoma and the files would be available in a few days. After hearing this numerous times (after being on hold by support for 1-2 hours) I called the Oklahoma Tax Commission on March 1 only to learn that TRX Pro was not an approved software and that they had not submitted anything for testing and/or approval. I've had to turn away new clients and have lost some of my returning clients because I've been truthful with them. This is one mistake I hope that I will never make again.
