Two checkstands did not have their lights on indicating they were open. Yet they were open! Customers were going to other registers thinking these two were closed. This happens frequently. Why it's annoying. If you get on a line when the light is off, they look at you like you're stupid. "Didn't you see my light is off?"
Then if they are truly open, with the light off, and you ask " Are you open?", they still look at you like you're crazy. "Don't you see people on line?"
Very frustrating. Happened at 10:00 A.M. Today.
