Maximum Software - The Bug Doctor
Ripoff I paid for ther software download, but they never sent me the key needed to unlock it, nor did they respond to any contact from me for help

I received an email telling me about this great software that would help me keep my computer free of bugs and viruses but scanning and locating same.

I purchased this software, titled The Bug Doctor, from a company called Maximum Software on June 18th in the amount of $29.95. The purchase was to be completed by this company by emailing me the "Unlock Key" to activate my software after receiving my payment - which they did according to my bank records that very day.

Several attempts to contact The Bug Doctor regarding this problem brought no responses at all. They did, however, send me emails trying to get me to purchase bonuses and other deals.

Just today I received an email telling me that my membership had expired (sensibly I signed up for one month only) and that I needed to renew it immediately!

Needless to say my response to them had nothing to do with renewal.

I am taking action against them with my bank and hope to recoup my monetary losses.

Please beware of this company and it's software offers!
