In my Post paid mobile Bill dated 11/2, Account number 1.14352143S mobile number 93392845, Star Hub charged S $ 140 unilaterally on some premium services. I did not ask the said service and I do not know how they can charge me without my consent. Please arrange to get it reimbursed.
