Upon helping put my girlfriend's mobile home up for sale, it has come to her attention that the management co is now star management and requires certain improvements. As it turns out, start wants the single wides out of the park and you are given such an extensive lists of upgrades to complete like: sending star a completed landscaping plan, permits for window air conditioners, but the real ticker was the new window that I installed.
Whomever was star's inspector labeled the window inadequate (it is a new doulble pane white on white) it required small adjustments to put in, but otherwise looks great (i have been building for 22 years) this is how we found out in a letter from star citing nearly all of the title 25 regulations that she is violating).. Not! They want all of the mobile singles out, and they can help you buy new ones, otherwise the lists will be so extensive that you can forget about selling the old coach (no matter how nice) this will enable star to raise rents. There you have it! Take it or not star is a real stinker.
