Subscription renewal to Science News, check mailed Nov. 19. Called Science News Jan 3 and learned that no renewal had been ordered. SBS said I MIGHT get a refund of that amount minus $20. Today I am told I had to have cancelled within 7 days after reordering. Furthermore, that amount is $28 more than if I had sent the renewal directly to SN—which was what I had thought I was doing.
