I purchased a Norton 360 computer security renewal subscription for a 2-1/2 year period thru AlertPay from Online Renewal Center on Oct 4. They quickly charge my MasterCard account for the full amount, and provided me a Product Key code to install in my computer to renew. It worked until I received a notice from Norton/Symantec on Jan 26, that the Product Key I was utilizing (from AlertPay/Online Renewal) was a Fraudulent Key sold to someone else previously. My renewal key was cancelled and my subscription suspended. I then had to purchase another Product Key/Subscription, this time directly from the Norton Customer Service over the phone... Which was downloaded to my computer and verified. I have requested a full refund from AlertPay, which they responded that they had problems with this company before, no longer support them, and can't do anything for me. I asked them why they did not notify their customers on this seller problem... No answer. I have tried to reach On-Line Renewal center, but received a 'failed delivery' notice to my email. I am looking for the refund of the $155.00 from AlertPay to pay for the renewal I had to again purchase.
