I called to have my computer become faster. They charged me for 3 computers and I have only one. When I complained they stated they would refund $20.00 to my credit card within 7 days this never happened. They also stated that I should never use a local computer repair shop for my needs and I should purchase a $199.00 program they had. When I declined they became very pushy and I told them I would never buy it.
