I Bought a antivirus program online fron Safecart. The antivirus program would not turn on, so it told me to contact there tec who accessed my computer remotely from his office. He told me I had magor problems with my NEW computer but he could fix them for $200.00. I said no and deleteed the program. They still billed my account for $43.00 and change and then I noticed a indefinate incrument charge from Safecart to my PayPal account. Still trying to stop that payment. Please help! Got Microsoft to check the computer and add Windows7 and there was no problem with my computer at all in the first place!!! Scam
