A now mutual client hire this firm to build a web site and for over a year could not get any support to fix issues with the site. They have now contacted our company ot move the iste and take control of managing the site. How that we are ready to move the iste, A1 refuses to return calls and emails to the client in order to hand over their Domain record. Our client recently (Jan) paid this company a full year contract for hosting and had no problem getting in touch with someone to pay them the money.
Now she needs to move she cannot and GoDaddy who is the rgistra cannot do anything as the client is not the holder of the account. A1 Web Studio is holding the client hostage even though they have been paid and are owed no money.
This is a shady company and buyers should be aware that when these companies register Domain Names on their behalf that it will be a nightmare getting your property back from them after you realizxe they offer no service for the products they deliver.
