I ordered a DVD box set from this company on 12/14. After a month I still had not received the set. I sent a request to customer support. After several emails and explanations I still have not received the merchandise. The last email I received was from a man named Gordon Kennedy stating he was sorry and was sending another set right away. As of 2/27 I am out 49.00 and still no product.
