I ordered a box set of the Dark Shadows series. Some of the DVD's would not even play. I contacted the company and they told me to return them at my expense and they would refund the original $140.00 I spent for the set. It cost me $38 to ship them back to the company. After a couple of weeks, I contacted Gordon Kennedy, the customer support manager who at first said they had not received the DVD's and asked me to send him the tracking number. I gave him the number and told him that I knew they had been delivered to him. I finally get an email a couple of weeks ago stating that my check is in the mail. Not only have I not recieved a check but he will not repsond to my emails.
