Ordered DVD set of "The Johnny Cash Show" for my wife's Christmas present Dec 5. Paid $79.00 via credit card. Product still not received. Numerous emails exchanged, first with "Kevin Williams" then with "Gordon Kennedy", both calling themselves "Customer Support Mgr." These filthy thieves should be tracked down & have their knees & elbows broken.
