First of all, their phone # is 204-253=5951. Now the complaint: back in August I placed an order for two (2) Alfred Hitchcock DVD sets and 2 days later I received an email that the order had shipped. Waited and waited, nothing until 9/28 when I received one (1) set. Contacted cust svc again by email, and received a reply from a Gordon Kennedy (so-called cust support mgr.), saying "Sorry about the mixup, I will forward this on to my supplier". Subsequent emails rec'd no respones. Oddly enough I had ordered from then twice b4 with no problem. So, bottom line is I'm out 70.00 USD with the credit card statement to prove it, and NO product!
