Illed my credit card without my approval. Called brightsafe cigerettes about charges and they are unwilling to to remove charges on credit card acct. Or try to satisfy me on why i was charged to begin with. Called credit card company to file fruad complaint. Now bright safe is willing to try and satisfy me by sending 100.00, about 76.00 short of what they billed my credit card for. Unexcepttable
