I too also fell for the Bright SAFE Cigerettes Scam. I paid the $4.95 for s&h (but trial product was supposed to be free)! On the 13th of SEPT, They took out $109.67 from my bank account even though I had already canceled. I don't know what I am going to do because it has caused issues. I am disabled and live on a very, very, very limited income. I too spoke with the company and They are only willing to return half of the money. I believe that they deserve nothing!!! But they need to return my money period! Please don't fall for this scam. You will get scamed and screwed!!
