The only way I became aware of the charges was via my VISA statement. 12/03 telephone contact with Bright CIG, assured me that I would get a credit on my VISA account. Low/behold I got a $40.00 credit.
Now that I know that this is a scam, I am hoping that VISA will help me recover some of my money.
Lesson learned: Be careful whenever you use VISA.
