I ordered the "e-cigarette" for $4.95 via the Internet. When I got the package it was short some of the necessary stuff so I contacted the company via their website and have heard nothing in return. Then on 15 December my debit card account was charged $99.67 by Bright Safe and I knew nothing about it. I've tried contacting them via email and phone and get no response via email and phone calls are not answered. I am on Social Security as my only income so the $100 out of my account has caused me major problems.
