My boyfriend purchased an item on their site and was supposed to be delivered to me on Feb. 14. Unfortunately, they did not deliver it on time so we tried to contact them on their landline and mobile phone but we can't get through. I received the item the following day, Feb. 15 but the flowers were already dry and has worms. My boyfried and I were really disappointed on the items and their service so we decided to email their customer service and file for a complaint. Until now no one from their end was willing to give an answer regarding our concern.
