I ordered the flowers at 3:34pm Eastern Time on 7/23, but the delivery address was to California. The customer service ensured that the delivery could be made on 7/23. Now, it was 7/24 10pm Eastern time. There was no delivery yet. It was claimed to be same day delivery, but why two days later there are no flowers delivery. I request to have money back, and I would never use this company anymore. So unreliable.
