I placed an order for 2 separate occasions, one (new grandson) not delivered on 3/28 as promised, not even on 3/29. On the same order were flowers for my deceased grandson to be delivered on 3/29, again not delivered. $66.38 on the first one, $66.37 on the second. How do these people live with themselves? Let's see what they do with this review. I deserve a refund, not a credit. Why would I want a credit from such a poorly run outfit.
