A review of manilagift.com

I ordered flowers to be sent to the Philippines on Valentine's day. I clearly indicated the date which I wanted them to be delivered. The flowers were more expensive than usual, but I thought it was acceptable as it was peak season. However, NO DELIVERY was made on the 14th! I've sent numerous messages to their chat support that day to no avail. The support guy was online but I was completely ignored. I've also sent them an email on the 16th telling them to NOT deliver the flowers anymore and just give me a refund because Valentines was over!

I've opened a claim dispute in Paypal to get a refund, then, after a few hours, manilagift.com replied to my email. They asked me the order number and told me they've already escalated it. (Now, how would you escalate a case without knowing the order number?) I replied, gave them the order number, and told them again to cancel the order. Since then I've not heard anything from them.

Now guess what? On the 18th they've delivered the flowers, probably so that I won't be able to claim a refund! I'm really mad at these crooks. They didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience they've caused!

I've noticed they took down their Facebook page which was full of complaints the last time I saw it. Guys, don't ever order from this site. Save yourselves from trouble.
