I ordered flowers for my wife a week ago to be delivered valentines day and they never showed up. I called for tracking information and the customer service would not tell me if my flowers were sent or delivered. Unreliable delivery service and poor customer service. (It took me 2 hours to get through the cutomer service.)
When the flowers arrived, I was very disappointed as they looked nothing like I ordered.
