I ordered the Batman series for my grandson on January 5. Was billed three days later. Shipping was reported to have been January 11 and was suppose to take between 2-4 weeks. When not receiving my DVD by February 14, I sent another email to complain which was post marked failure to notify. All those who have been scam by this company should form a group and prosecute this.
