I ordered Lifeproof I-phone case for I-phone 4 on December 10. After waiting for a shipment notification email for approximately a week I heard nothing so continued to email every few days until January 1. Sent complaint to BBB of New York on January 1 and contacted credit card company to file complaint for non receipt of merchandise. Have had no contact from BlueOutlet whatsoever. Scam!
