On 11/22 Medrano Expressed picked up a 34"x26"x28" box filled with Christmas gift for family in El Salvador. January 2 I called to check status on shipment, I was told box was at Customs waiting for clearance. Contacted them 2 weeks later and was given the same response. It's now been over 3 months and family has still NOT received shipment. When I try calling their Los Angeles office I receive to answer same things happens when I call their 800#, no answer. I have called tried calling their out state offices and no answer. I have also sent them an e-mail, no answer. Medrano Express should contact their customers, as this looks VERY BAD.
