I hired "Medrano Express" company to ship to Honduras a box 30 by 30 with personal items inside to have shipped for my family. The box was sent since September 15. At this moment my family hasn't recieved any item I've sent. I've called plenty of times, they keep on saying they will send it but, they never do. Most of the times I call them they just hang up. It's been 5 months and all i've done is wasted my time on this company. I hope there is any way to resolve this, thank you.
