I sent a box to Honduras (my mom sent it in her name since she is in the states for any problems) in February with the promise of it arriving in 3-4 weeks. We had sent other boxes with no problem, except it taking 6-8 weeks each time. But knowing that ahead of time, I planned for the delay. Now here it is 6.5 months later, and its still not there. I've called with no answer, and when they answer it's just 100 percent rudeness. According to them my box has been in customs since April 11. I have asked them about making an insurance claim (I paid insurance on the box) and they refuse to give me information to file a claim. We filed a complaint through BBC with no response.
