I've sent 3 boxes with this company and they told will delivey in 4-6 week and I've been waiting for that almost 6 months and al ost never they answer the phones, if they do, they say the same that our properties are in custom, I'm really too tired been waiting and nothing happen. I have already complained with The BBB, FTC and they couldn't resolve anything cause Medrano denied to answer the letters and phones! I would like to find the solution to make them pay for all the waste time and money and, aldo the stress that Have been since I put my boxes in their hands.
