Tried to purchase airtime for tracfone (Personal Information Removed) online. Wanted 120 minutes (= 240 with double minutes for life feature I have) for $29.99 plus tax = $32.45, but was asked to enter and re-enter invalid codes, so I exited and re-entered, tried again, no success, and phone then said "Service Disabled". Called, explained what I had done and asked for the 120 min and 90 days for $32.45. I was charged $32.45 THREE times, minutes on 2/20. The days and minutes added to the phone were also incorrect for three transactions. Called again today (2/21) to ask for 2 transactions to be backed out and for minutes and days to be corrected. After speaking to someone, was told I would be transferred. No answer, just repeated "please continue to hold"- for 20 minutes! When I called back, was placed in the "please continue to hold" queue again before being allowed to speak to anyone. I hung up after 5 more minutes with no music pr messahes asking me to comyinue to hold. They have no email contact, so you are stuck wasting time and minutes listening to multiple menus before being given the option to speak to someone; then they transfer you or put you on hold. Believe they just want you to give up.
