I purchased off the web a tracfone bundle which included phone, 800 minutes, and double mins. For life of the phone, on sale over holidays for 49.99. I got beat up phone no signal, no minutes but i did get double minutes for the life of that phone.
When i contacted them they said oh yes we'll get that fixed sent me a email to go to their site and add codes to get my minutes. Which i did still no minutes... A week later i am still talking to them and all of a sudden they are telling me i dont get those minutes now it was a $139.99 bundle that has the 800 mins. Listen there were 5 picutes of phones on that page none were over 99.99!!! And one big banner saying it was on sale. When i went to pay for it the next page also said i got 800 mins. With this phone. At this point i am emailing them and they still refuse to give me my minutes!!
