I was sent an email on March 12 promising an extra 20 bonus minutes if I purchases 60 minutes airtime.
March 14 I added the 60 minutes airtime but could not see where to put in the bonus, so I called their tech support immediately afterward. At this point my 60 minutes became available and I had 68 minutes on my phone.
The customer service man insisted I had already received my 20 bonus minutes! How? I didn't enter the bonus code and I only had the 60 I paid for and the 8 I originally had.
What a crock this is... A total deception. I have proof I don't have these minutes, I have proof of when I received the email and they can see exactly how much air time I have and when I added it.
They should be reported to FTC.
