I ordered some items from flynation. Bigcartel.com and my payment was accepted on 2/4. I emailed them on 2/11 for shipment details. I requested for my order to be cancelled before it was shipped because of a trip I was taking I wouldn't be able to received them. So I got an email from the company saying my items would arrive 2/14, of course they didn't and then I got an email around 6:10pmCST saying it was shipped (USPS confirmed it was only electronically received never shipped). They wont give me a refund and they want to stick me with store credit. No way!!
