I have placed a rather expensive order from the owner of http://hazishair. Bigcartel.com / well over 45 working days ago. It is clearly stated on her FAQs that if an item is not received within 45 working days, a refund or replacement order will be given. It has now been almost 2 weeks since the 45 day period, and I have not received my order. The owner of this site also refuses to reply to any messages I send to her concerning my order, while frivolous questions concerning beauty tips and current activity are answered daily. I am extremely tight on money, and I absolutely cannot afford to lose the money I have given her.
