I ordered items from this site back on March 2nd and paid via pay-pal the same day. However,
The items have never shipped. When I followed up they emailed that they were on back order. No one ever contacted me to tell me this although they were happy to collect money from me.
Product has still not shipped and on May 5th so I cancelled my order but have to date not received a credit via pay pal. No one answers the phone.
