I've been receiving several phone calls from different people specially from a person called Rodney Copper representing a company call cashadvance.com and his telephone number is: 916-287-3815. He is been accusing me that their company is suing me for a loan... I never got a loan from that company all i did was inquire about a loan that i'm not interested any more... And now I'm getting harassed buy someone representing cashadvance.com company... He doesn't even let's me talk and is trying to make me say that I'm going to pay something that I don't even know... He is very rude and I'm tired of this situation...
just for the record... I never agreed to any loan from any company... All i did was inquire about it. I am not responsible of paying something i never agreed on...
I know my rights and i already talked to a lawyer too...
He even said that he is going to send me the police and have me arrested.
Please someone contact me asap about this... This harassment needs to stop they are even calling my family members... And the only reason they have those numbers is because they ask me about other number they can call in case they can't find me.
