Lawsuit charges being filed

I recieved a call from a unavailable number, the reps were of eastern decent and said I dodn't pay a $300 loan in june. I advised I never recieved such loan they refused to give the loan company contact info or theirs. He even said he wouldn't give my his info so I couldn't harass him. What a joke since he was harassing me over a loan I never got!!!
