My lawyer and trustee have conflicts-of-interest with NH dept. Of mental health, because my lawyer from Buckley & Zopf is involved with mental health law in NH and his law firm sent me to Community Support Services, in the first place, plus my Aunt (the wife of my Special Needs Trustee) works in Community Support Services answering the hotline, from what I understand. My lawyer and trustee won't let me get any Special Needs Trust Funds to get caught up on household expenses, plus I was too broke to buy groceries. The website of another law firm says that household expenses can be covered under NH state Special Needs Trust law. My lawyer and trustee wouldn't let me get any money to move to the low income mobile home park. My lawyer and trustee have been letting me fall into debt further and further, plus they refuse to help. I had debit card fraud and ID theft as I had to replace my debit card, drivers license, and auto registration. These individuals in charge of my finances are mean and evil to me to let me fall into debt and go hungry. The lawyer offered to setup a gas card for me, but I was thinking he probably knows anybody could get my gas card info for fraud from my account. There's a possible about $10,000 discrepancy in the trust fund balance, although it may have been re-invested. My trustee was being very mean and hateful to me by calling me a 'crazy fool' and treating me as a little baby. My trustee kept on calling me 'crazy' so I called over there and left a nasty message, then the trustee called the cops on me. My trustee is always trying and getting me into trouble by calling the cops ect. This lawyer is usually too busy to be bothered and seldom actually returns calls. Is there anything I can do to get a competent trustee?
