I had applied online to get a payday advance. I received one and signed the documents and on the scheduled date the money was taken out of my bank account and all was well, or so I thought. My inbox began being flooded with these payday loan and cash advance offers. I deleted them all and unsubscribed them. On May, 19 my wife received a phone call from a indian man who spoke very poor english and from what she could gather after asking him numerous times to slow down was that I had been approved for a 2500.00 unsecured line of credit for online shopping and a cash advance in addition. The man asked my wife to verify my information and she told him that I had not applied for any online credit or cash advance. He talked over her, yelled at her and she asked him what the name of the company he worked for he said Cash Advance. She told him we were not interested and hung up. They have continued to call several times a day and call me at work. Then beginning on May 23 an indian man by the name of Jack Logan started calling saying that I owed his company 725.00 for a cash advance and if I did not take care of it that day he would be forced to unleash his wrath on me and me and my family would be sorry, I asked him what the name of his company was. He said Cash Advance, I asked if he would send me the loan documents because clearly there was a mistake, he started talking over me and began threatening to supena me if I did not pay today. I tried to extract further information from him as to what was the date this had occured, how much was the loan for, where was his company located, did he have a supervisor, etc. All of this was talked over with continual threats. He has called me everyday since then, and has called me at work with the same types of threats and yelling and cussing. Today was the last straw, every time he has called I have tried to get information from him even going as far as to tell him if he will e-mail me a copy of the loan documents I would get things worked out. He stated he could not allow me to view any documents until we were in court. I finally told him I had enough to stop calling me at home and work that I never applied with his company for a loan. When he insisted I did I asked one fianl question, I said how much was this loan, he said " somewhere between 300.00-500.00" He could not even tell me an amount. I told him this was a scam and at that point he said " 2 deputies will arrive at your job tommorow morning at 10:00am to arrest you and your manager for fraud" at that point I hung up the phone. This is not the first call I have gotten from a company I have never heard but beware the one thing they all have in common is they emply people who cannot speak english well and I am sure that is done intentionally, also any phone number you may be able to pry out of them or website doesn't exist. The only working number I have for this company is the one listed in this report, all the rest are non reachable numbers.
