Valentine Chocolate Ad Followed by No Delivery

A Valentine's ad with a menu asked if I wanted to buy my husband some chocolates, so I fell for it, and now I am nervous about someone else getting into my account. My husband also filled out an address form for where to deliver. Well, nobody ever came, and now they have our address and zip code.
