I am locked out of my Facebook account - all because I got a new computer. Even my bank hasn't given me this much hassle about recognizing my computer.
The only option to verify an account is through a text message but the Facebook system texts are not coming through to my phone. I don't know why - other texts come through fine. Until they can send me a text, I can't get in.
I have tried contacting the Facebook Team, through a different topic, but have gotten no response. They make it very difficult to contact any kind of support, especially when you have log-in problems.
Just email me a confirmation code already - my phone doesn't get your texts!
