I am locked out of my Facebook account - all because I got a new computer. Even my bank has not given me this much hassle about recognizing my computer.
The only option to verify an account is through a text message, but the Facebook system texts are not coming through to my phone. I do not know why - other texts come through fine. Until they can send me a text, I cannot get in.
I have tried contacting the Facebook Team through a different topic but have gotten no response. They make it very difficult to contact any kind of support, especially when you have log-in problems.
Just email me a confirmation code already - my phone does not get your texts!
