Wrongfully charged and complaint letter ignored

I have been wrongfully charged for services over and above what is reasonable due to a number of circumstances. I have written the company with a details explanation of my complaint. They have chosen to completely ignore that facts stated in the letter sent in early Jan. Copy of letter included.
