I moved from Woodbridge VA in Oct 06 to Sour Lake TX to build our retirement home.
DIRECTV was suspended until Jul 07 with the hope the house would be complete. However circumstances have changed and DIRECTV is not an option at this time.
My complaint is DIRECTV turned the service back on, or at least resumed billing for the service in Jul 07.
I didn't have a TV then and was living with my Mother, I was unaware the service was activated.
I wrote them a letter and explained my situation and they more or less told me if I didn't pay $112.40 they would involve late fees on the bill. This is an unfair practice I feel, billing for a service not received.
