Michelle Holmes (Family Member) used her card for the room for 4 of us all to stay for the Mari Gras from 02/09 through 02/14, but on the day of the 13 of Feb, I called the office down stairs because my Husband Tommy had a Bowel Movement (BM) & Michelle had ask for A Handicapped room before we got there from Sac.ca. I called the office talk to Head House Keeper Audrey & I let her know my Husband had a accident the House keeper three of them & Audrey is the one look at me told be do not put the soil paper pad in the soiled linen I told was not so after she left she came Audrey housekeeper (Head) & said the owner said we had to be check out in 30 minutes. Now let you mind my husband had a stroke they can tell anybody. So since the card was in Michelle name she went down there they told her we have to pay 150.00 for the linen, & if he were to have another BM he was going to have pay another, then the owner Steve told Michelle we will get our money back for the last remaining day because we were all checking out the next day. The owner said I could stay but my husband to leave & he cannot do for his self. I want to put a complaint against the owner Steve & the housekeeper Audrey. We did leave the hotel & paid for another room at Motel 6 next door to Days Inn & the u-haul in between us. The Manager G. Patel, & Desk Clerk, Joe was so Professional, Polite, Gave Excellent Customer Service they need more people like that in the world. So back to Steve the Owner He said the was going to clean the carpet they did not do nothing Michelle slept in the bed my husband & I was in & My sister-in-law slept in the other but he said no one can come back in the room due to cleaning we were right there when they made the bed & vacuum only my husband was in his brother room until I payed for the motel 6. Steve said it been soiled in the room so they can not rent it out to much lies & my sister-in-law could have got sick & Michelle. I want a apology to my Husband & for them to decide how to make this matter up to us. & not to happen to a elderly person & to no one. People should be treated with respect & we are human beings
