Head housekeeper and respect towards customers

Dear who this may concern;

This letter is to complain about service I recently received from your hotel Econo Lodge from your head house keeper named Robin.

On countless times she has been rude to my family that has been staying here quite a while as well as a few other families I have talked to about this. There were many times she had a snotty response when I had asked for clean towels or bedding. For several days no one would come to the room and ask if we needed anything so we would clean our own room and she did not have a problem with us vacuuming our room, then all the sudden she says we can no longer do these ourselves. She was rude when we asked where should we put our garbage and her response in a snotty tone was, “you have to go around and put it in the dumpster outside.” Never have I stayed in a hotel where the house keeper treated the customer so rudely. Also the rule that she now has to come every 3 days and check on the room why wasn’t anyone coming to the room before we had to complain this. Also my sister came to Econo for an interview with her and experienced her rudeness during the interview. With such comments as “Nobody here likes me but I don’t give a fuck, as long as you get your fucking job done then we will be ok.” Now how on earth should this be ok for her to do to someone you are trying to get to work for your company.

I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I will not be returning to your hotel unless something is done about your employee immediately, and I expect a full refund. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience. And after we all made the complaint to the front desk owner we received a letter under the door that they will no longer be doing weekly and monthly stays. This crazy that customers have to be treated like this while your employees are free to do whatever.
