It is a requirement for me, as a college student, to purchase the online software cyberasl.com. This is a computer software of lessons, quizzes and exams. There are bugs in the software. I determined this problem for the following reasons; the software makes mistakes on answers by giving you the wrong answer as right, if I miss five questions on a test the score comes back that I have miss 22 of 44 questions, finally, I have been trying to enter quiz two for (for purposes of completing my grade assignment) for the past tow weeks and the software remains blocked and will not allow me to take the quiz. I have contacted technical support several times and the company has not responded regarding technical issues.
The software costs me $20.00
