Watch out for DEC Software!!! (makers of the Ultimate Quiz Show, Concentration, The Strongest Link, Classroom Millionaire, No Whammies, Tic Tac Dough) These guys are thieves!!! All of these programs are locked into "ACTIVATION keys" and if anything changes on your computer and the activation keys go awry, They WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! These programs are fairly expensive, and now I am stuck with empty pockets and no software to show for it. Beware this company!!!
DEC software would NOT send me new activation codes when 3 of their educational software
programs that I bought in March stopped working in May when I had to install a new system board on my computer. I bought The Ultimate Quiz Show, Concentration and Puzzlequest to use with my students to review information that we had covered in class and now all 3 of those games are USELESS!!!
BEWARE of this rip off company. They are slow to stand behind their product and very fast at taking your money. They made it clear to me that their time is much more valuable than my time when their very own software gets buggy or goes awry.
DO NOT do business with this company unless you want to throw your hard earned money away. They are a bunch of thieves and scoundrels. You would think that people who produce educational software for kids would be trustworthy, but they are not.
You can go to their site and read the disdain that they have for customers who have requested tech help in the past that haven't met "their" standards of how a call for help to their tech dept should go. They are clearly antagonistic to customer service, but they are GREAT at taking your cash.
